入选标准
- •1. Adult patient between 18 years to 60 years of either sex
- •2. American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) grade I &II undergoing elective surgeries under general anaesthesia
- •ââ?¬Â¢ Weight of patient within normal range for that age andsex
- •ââ?¬Â¢ Patients who are willing for the study and have given written informed consent
排除标准
- •1.Patients with pre-existing cardiovascular diseases (IHD, hypertension, Valvular Heart diseases, deranged renal or liver functions.
- •2.Patients with physical dependence to opioids.
- •ââ?¬Â¢ Pregnant and lactating females.
- •ââ?¬Â¢ Patients with diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, bleeding disorder.
- •ââ?¬Â¢ Patients on monoamine oxidase, tricyclic antidepressants, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, andwarfarin
- •ââ?¬Â¢ History of hypersensitivity to study drugs
- •ââ?¬Â¢ Patients not willing to participate in the study will be excluded
