Inclusion Criteria
- •Healthy elite field hockey players
- •Age between 19\-25 years
- •None of the subjects had ever taken part in any previous 3D\-MOT training
Exclusion Criteria
- •Lower extremity injuries
- •Vestibular problems
- •Visual problems
- •Concussion within 12 weeks prior to the study
