- •1. Patients undergoing surgery for elective resection of oral cavity tumor resection with Pectoralis major myocutaneous (PMMC) flap reconstruction.
- •2. BODY MASS INDEX 18.5- 29.9.
- •3. ASA PS I, II, III.
排除标准
- •1.Patient refusal.
- •2.Planned for awake intubation.
- •3.Planned for central arch resection.
- •4.Planned for tracheostomy.
- •5.Emergency exploration.
- •8.Allergy to Propofol or any study drugs.
- •9.Ejection fraction <45%, right wall motion abnormality (RWMA), arrhythmia, conduction block.
- •10.Chronic kidney and liver disease.
