Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients undergoing surgery for elective resection of oral cavity tumor resection with Pectoralis major myocutaneous (PMMC) flap reconstruction.
- •2\. BODY MASS INDEX 18\.5\- 29\.9\.
- •3\. ASA PS I, II, III.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patient refusal.
- •2\.Planned for awake intubation.
- •3\.Planned for central arch resection.
- •4\.Planned for tracheostomy.
- •5\.Emergency exploration.
- •8\.Allergy to Propofol or any study drugs.
- •9\.Ejection fraction \<45%, right wall motion abnormality (RWMA), arrhythmia, conduction block.
- •10\.Chronic kidney and liver disease.
