Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patients undergoing surgery for elective resection of oral cavity tumor resection with Pectoralis major myocutaneous (PMMC) flap reconstruction.
  • 2\. BODY MASS INDEX 18\.5\- 29\.9\.
  • 3\. ASA PS I, II, III.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Patient refusal.
  • 2\.Planned for awake intubation.
  • 3\.Planned for central arch resection.
  • 4\.Planned for tracheostomy.
  • 5\.Emergency exploration.
  • 8\.Allergy to Propofol or any study drugs.
  • 9\.Ejection fraction \<45%, right wall motion abnormality (RWMA), arrhythmia, conduction block.
  • 10\.Chronic kidney and liver disease.
