Women with singleton pregnancy after 28weeks of gestation with confirmed Intrahepatic Cholestatsis of Pregnancy
Intrahepatic Cholestatis of Pregnancy defined as Pruritis in pregnancy with other causes excluded and increased ALT ( >30IU/L) and serum Bile acid > upper limit of normal
Pregnant women <18 years age
Laboratory confirmed Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, Cytomegalovirus, EB virus
Preeclampsia
Acute Fatty Liver of pregnancy
Primary hepatic disorders
known case of Alpha 1 antitrypsin deficiency
Currently on drugs causing deranged liver enzymes
Lethal fetal anomaly
