- •1.Patients having symptoms of joint pain of both knee joints, swelling, tenderness, stiffness, crepitation, restricted movements of both knee joints.
- •2.Patients who are willing to give blood samples for laboratory investigation .
- •3.Patients who are willing to take X-ray before and after treatment.
- •4.Patients who are willing to participate in this study with the knowledge of potential risks

- •2.Hypertension
- •3.Rheumatoid arthritis
- •4.Use of narcotic drugs
- •5.History of trauma
- •6.Patient with any other serious illness.
- •7.Benign and malignant neoplasm
- •8.Immuno compromised Patients
- •9.Children, elderly
- •10.Clinically significant abnormal laboratory values
