入选标准
- •Children aged 4-8 years old (permanent or mixed dentition).
- •Children having Loe and Silness Gingival Index (Score 1)
- •Children having Silness and Low Plaque Index (Score 2)
- •Children with ICDAS- Score 3 and 4
- •Able to comprehend and follow simple oral hygiene instructions and participate in interactive kit activities.
排除标准
- •Children with systemic illnesses or medical conditions.
- •Recent (within 2 weeks) use of antibiotics, anti-inflammatory drugs, or medications known to affect gingival status.
- •Ongoing orthodontic appliance therapy or extensive restorative treatment planned during study period.
