Inclusion Criteria
- low risk pregnant women
- 37-42-wk-pregnant women who admit to LR for delivery
- pregnant women who plan normal delivery
- pregnant women who don't have OASIs in previous birth
Exclusion Criteria
- pregnant women who can vaginal birth without episiotomy
- pregnant women who do operative vaginal delivery
- pregnant women who have to emergency caesarean section
- pregnant women who deny the intervention
