Inclusion Criteria
1. newly diagnosed cases of plaque psoriasis.
2. patient having clinical feature of Plaque psoriasis.
3. healthy individual fulfilling the criteria of swasthya assessment scale.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with pregnancy and lactation.
2. Patients suffering from uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension, any other serious systemic disorders like tuberculosis and malignancy.
3. Participants not willing to provide informed consent for the study.
4. Non cooperative patients.
5. Patients suffering from Psychiatric illness.
