The study targeted patients who visited to undergo endoscopic submucosal dissection of the colon for lesions larger than 20mm in size.
? The size of the lesion is less than 2cm
? The lesion is a pedunculated polyp
?The lesion is removed by a different method than endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) (such as endoscopic mucosal resection)
? Perforation occurs during ESD or ESD is not completed
? The artificial ulcer created after ESD is completely closed with endoscopic clips
? The operator’s experience of ESD is less than 50 cases
? The patient does not agree to participate in the study
