1.Have mild, moderate and severe pruritus.
2.Are expected to continue treatment as out patient
3.Can read and comprehend Tamil, English, and Hindi.
4.Give consent to participate in the study.
1.Are with cognitive, hearing and speech disabilities.
2.Are with serious illness and unable to follow the instructions.
3.Are undergoing hemodialysis.
4.Has history of dermatologic diseases such as psoriasis, various form of dermatitis, lichen simplex and dermatophytosis.
5.Are unwilling to comply with the study protocol, mode of administration and duration of treatment.
6.Are becoming sick during the study period.
