- •Present a score equal to or greater than 23 on the Zarit Burden Scale; perform the role of caregiver of an elderly person for at least three months; carry out their activities for at least four hours a day and be of legal age

- •Care that presents deficits that make it impossible to understand the tests; caregivers who are not available to participate in all stages of the research
