Inclusion Criteria

Patients scheduled for any elective surgery under spinal anaesthesia

ASA class: I-II

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patient refusal

2. Pregnant patient

3. Known allergy to Bupivacaine

4. Diabetes mellitus, Peripheral Neuropathies, Thyroid disease, Cardiopulmonary/Vascular insufficiency, Autonomic dysfunction

8. Truncal/Lower limb burns

9. On any cardiovascular medication
