- •ASA grade 1&2
- •Height 155 - 180cm
- •weight 40-80kg
- •Mallampatti grade 1&2
- •Elective surgical procedure upto 2 hours
排除标准
- •Patient refusal
- •ASA Grade 3&4
- •Individual below 18 yrs and above 60 yrs
- •Full stomach
- •Limited mouth opening (INTER INCISOR GAP <30MM)
- •Morbid obesity(BMI > 30 mm)
- •Gastric esophageal reflux disesase
- •Hiatus hernia
- •Prior esophagectomy
- •oropharyngeal pathology/surgery
- •upper respiratory tract infection in previous 10 days
- •CVS disease
