Inclusion Criteria

1. Nulliparous women aged 18- 35 years and 37 to 41 weeks gestational age singleton and cephalic fetus. 2- Women in the active phase of labor (4-3 cm dilatation) or before. 3- Failure to develop mental and anatomical disorders (psychosis, schizophrenia, abnormalities of uterine and pelvic stenosis).4- Lack of chronic diseases (heart disease, pulmonary hypertension, and diabetes).5- Lack of high-risk pregnancy (gestational hypertension, decreased fetal movements, intrauterine growth restriction, fetal death, and polyHydramnious oligohydramnious recognized by ultrasound, rupture of membranes more than 12 hours, history of infertility). 6 - The literacy level of secondary school. 7 - No risk of skin ailments like eczema and skin infections, are the limitations of acupressure. .8 -no use of oxytocin to induce and strengthen labor. Physically healthy and do not have any limit for the intervention (pre-eclampsia, seizures, premature rupture of membranes, etc.). 10 - Written consent form must be filled. 11- Prior entering the study do not used any of other methods for anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria: using oxytosin and every maternal or fetal factor that cause cesarean section
