Inclusion Criteria
Patients who are candidates for lumbar spinal fusion surgery
Aged between 20 and 60 years
ASA I and II based on America Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification
Being consent to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
Allergy to magnesium sulfate
Liver, kidney, cardiovascular failure
Opioid use
Consumption of NSAIDs
Consumption of calcium channel blockers

Name Time Method Systolic blood pressure. Timepoint: Before surgery, immediately after surgery and 15, 30, 45, and 60 minutes during surgery and in recovery. Method of measurement: Monitoring device.;Diastolic blood pressure. Timepoint: Before surgery, immediately after surgery and 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes during surgery and in recovery.
