Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age group (18\-45\) years
- •Non\-specific neck pain
- •Both males and females
- •Minimum 4\-5 working hours on computer per day
- •Subject with craniovertebral angle \< 53 degrees
- •Subjects with measurement of the posterior acromion to table \>2\.5 cm
- •VAS greater than 3 scores
- •Neck disability index: (mild: 5\-14 score, moderate: 15\-24 score)
- •Individuals willingness to participate
Exclusion Criteria
- •History of surgery in the neck, upper limb, hand
- •History of cervical spine pathology
- •Any fix deformity or contracture of cervical spine or hand
- •Hypermobility of cervical spine
- •History of rheumatoid arthritis
