Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Age group (18\-45\) years
  • •Non\-specific neck pain
  • •Both males and females
  • •Minimum 4\-5 working hours on computer per day
  • •Subject with craniovertebral angle \< 53 degrees
  • •Subjects with measurement of the posterior acromion to table \>2\.5 cm
  • •VAS greater than 3 scores
  • •Neck disability index: (mild: 5\-14 score, moderate: 15\-24 score)
  • •Individuals willingness to participate

Exclusion Criteria

  • •History of surgery in the neck, upper limb, hand
  • •History of cervical spine pathology
  • •Any fix deformity or contracture of cervical spine or hand
  • •Hypermobility of cervical spine
  • •History of rheumatoid arthritis
