• Age group (18-45) years
• Non-specific neck pain
• Both males and females
• Minimum 4-5 working hours on computer per day
• Subject with craniovertebral angle < 53 degrees
• Subjects with measurement of the posterior acromion to table >2.5 cm
• VAS greater than 3 scores
• Neck disability index: (mild: 5-14 score, moderate: 15-24 score)
• Individuals willingness to participate
• History of surgery in the neck, upper limb, hand
• History of cervical spine pathology
• Any fix deformity or contracture of cervical spine or hand
• Hypermobility of cervical spine
• History of rheumatoid arthritis
