Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Children who visited the outpatient clinic of the Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine Division at Asan Medical Center from February 2009 to December 2009 were assessed for inclusion in the study according to the following criteria: (1\) children with a diagnosis of spastic cerebral palsy, as diagnosed by a pediatric physiatrist; (2\) children aged between 4 and 7\.5 years; (3\) children who were classified as Gross Motor Function Classification System I–III; (4\) children who could follow simple instructions; (5\) children who had been in a traditional rehabilitation program; and (6\) children whose caregivers provided written informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Exclusion criteria were as follows: (1\) children with poor medical condition who could not participate in the group task oriented trianing; and (2\) children who had a history of surgical procedures or had received chemical nerve block therapy in the year prior to the study.
