1. Patients who have severely atrophied maxillary alveolar ridges
2. Patients willing to participate in the study and give a written informed consent
3. Age > 18 years of age
4. No uncontrolled systemic disease contraindicating implantation
5. Good systemic and oral health
6. The subjects classified ZAGA 1 to ZAGA 4 shall be included in the study. (Zygoma Anatomy Guided Approach- ZAGA Classification by Carlos Aparicio)
1. Heavy smokers ( > 10 cigarettes/day)
2. History of radiotherapy in the head or neck region
3. History of a systemic disease, such as uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, coagulation disorders, and alcohol or drug abuse, making the patient unsuitable for implantation
4. Untreated maxillary sinusitis or maxillary sinus cyst
5. Patients unwilling to give a written informed consent or <18 years of age.
