Inclusion Criteria
Patients with primary progressive pterygium.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Very early pterygium.
2. Recurrent pterygium.
3. active ocular infection.
4. acute or chronicdacrocystitis.
5. Diagnosed diabetes mellitus.
6. diagnosed bleeding or clotting disorder.
7. Unwilling patients.
