1.Elective lower segment caesarian section who have given written and informed consent. 2.Age group- 18-35 years. 3.ASA (American Society Of Anaesthesiologist) grade one and grade two. 4.Weight- 50-80 kg. 5.Height 140-160 cm.
1.Allergy to study drugs.
2.Contraindications to spinal anaesthesia such as raised ICT,infection at injection site,space occupying lesions of brain and hypovolemia.
3.Parturients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy,cerebrovascular,hepatic,renal,endocrinological disease.

Name Time Method 1.Mean of number of boluses of Mephentermine and Norepinephrine required to treat hypotension. <br/ ><br>2.Mean of Response % of systolic blood pressure after first bolus doses of Mephentermine v/s Norepinephrin.Timepoint: Just after spinal hyotension, <br/ ><br>At 1 minute till 5 minutes <br/ ><br>At 2 minute inteval till 15 minutes <br/ ><br>At 5 minute interval till 30 minutes
