- •1.Elective lower segment caesarian section who have given written and informed consent. 2.Age group- 18-35 years. 3.ASA (American Society Of Anaesthesiologist) grade one and grade two. 4.Weight- 50-80 kg. 5.Height 140-160 cm.
排除标准
- •1.Allergy to study drugs.
- •2.Contraindications to spinal anaesthesia such as raised ICT,infection at injection site,space occupying lesions of brain and hypovolemia.
- •3.Parturients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy,cerebrovascular,hepatic,renal,endocrinological disease.
