入选标准
- •1)ASA Category I
- •3)No history of allergy to lignocaine
- •4)No ongoing psychiatric treatment
- •5)Simple extraction procedure using forceps
- •6)Extraction of lower 1st and 2nd molars and premolars
- •7)Willing to participate in the study
排除标准
- •2)Presenting with coexisting systemic illness
- •3)Facial asymmetry ( congenital or acquired) with disfigurement of face including mandible
- •4)Difficult extraction procedure necessitating prolonged or supplementary anaesthesia
- •5)Extraction of lower anteriors or 3rd molars
