Patients with chronic HF under stable clinical condition, aged over 20 and can follow instructions without any mental illness or hearing impairment.
Any musculoskeletal problem in the lower limb that limits the movement of sit-to-stand or cycling, or any contraindication of exercise testing according to ACSMs Guideline for Exercise Testing and Prescription, the tenth edition will be excluded, such as acute myocardial infarction within 2 days, unstable angina, acute aortic dissection, uncontrolled arrhythmia with hemodialysis compromise, NYHA level IV.
