- •At least 18 years old; enrolled as a college/university student at Ulm University; internet access; moderate to low mindfulness (Freiburg Mindfulness Inventory of 37 or lower)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Not currently in psychotherapy or participate in other mindfulness intervention
