The inclusion criteria are: to be a player in any sport, such as: volleyball, soccer, handball, basketball, rugby, futsal, tennis and athletics; conduct training at least three times a week; conduct training for at least one hour a day; have been practicing a sport for at least six months; be able to carry out the activities proposed by a specific evaluation instrument; be aged 11-30 years.
The criteria for non-inclusion: conduct training less than three times a week; conduct training lasting less than one hour a day; be a practitioner of a sport for less than six months; be under 11 years old and over 30 years old.
The exclusion criteria: being unable to perform the activities proposed by a specific evaluation instrument; stop training; termination of the participating team / transfer to a non-participating team; for health reasons that make it impossible to continue the study (for example: injury, illness, pregnancy, death).
