Inclusion Criteria

1. Patient having clinical features of Lumbar Spondylosis (Katigraha).

2. Patient of either sex between the age group of 31 to 60 years age.

3. Patient willing to give the written consent for participating in the research study.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patient not full filling the inclusion criteria.

2. Patient having Spinal Tumour, Tuberculosis, Fracture of spine or acquired

skeletal deformity.

3. Pregnant women and lactating mother.

4. Patient undergone Recent Lumbar surgery or prosthesis
