Definitive diagnosis of heart failure by a cardiologist
Having an EF (ejection fraction) equal to or less than 40% on echocardiography
Having a stable condition in terms of hemodynamics and clinical conditions
Having Satisfaction with participation in the study
To have at least 35 years old
The patient must be alert and aware of time and place.
Having the ability to complete the questionnaire and participate in sessions physically and clinically
Having ability to understand Persian language to complete the questionnaire
Not to be under others study
Have a known mental illness and take medication that affects the psyche.
history of death of loved ones in recent months
