- •1. adult patient undergoing cardiac surgery using cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB)
- •2. patient who has normal renal function
排除标准
- •1. child, adolescent (< 20)
- •2. emergency surgery
- •3. cardiac surgery without CPB (OPCAB and hybrid operation and so on)
- •4. chronic renal disease (Cr > 1.3) and kidney recipient
- •5. ejection fraction < 30
- •6. body mass index (BMI) > 30
