Inclusion Criteria
(1) GB polypoid lesion diameters > 7 mm and < 20 mm
(2) lesions not highly suspected of GB malignancy due to definite local invasion or distant metastasis.
Exclusion Criteria
(1) refusal to participate
(2) a history of upper gastrointestinal surgery disrupting EUS access
(3) lesions with diffuse GB wall thickening
(4) pregnancy or age < 18 years.
