Evaluation of contrast flow patterns with cervical interlaminar epidural injection: comparison of midline and paramedian approaches
- Conditions
- Diseases of the musculo-skeletal system and connective tissue
- Registration Number
- KCT0005587
- Lead Sponsor
- Inje University Haeundae Paik Hospital
- Brief Summary
The fluoroscopic finding in paramedian approach for CIEI showed excellence in predominantly delivery the injectate on the ipsilateral side than the contralateral side and advantage for delivery toward ventral epidural space compared with midline approach.

- All
- Target Recruitment
- 94
Cases that performed CIEI due to cervical radicular pain
Cases were excluded for the following causes: previous cervical spine operation, asymmetric radiologic images, images that contrast media spreaded other areas around epidural space and insertion state of spinal cord stimulator lead.
