The fluoroscopic finding in paramedian approach for CIEI showed excellence in predominantly delivery the injectate on the ipsilateral side than the contralateral side and advantage for delivery toward ventral epidural space compared with midline approach.

Inclusion Criteria

Cases that performed CIEI due to cervical radicular pain

Exclusion Criteria

Cases were excluded for the following causes: previous cervical spine operation, asymmetric radiologic images, images that contrast media spreaded other areas around epidural space and insertion state of spinal cord stimulator lead.
