Inclusion Criteria
Medical authorization containing release for the practice of exercises; physiological gestation with a live fetus; gestational age above 16 weeks; physiological puerperium.
Exclusion Criteria
chronic-degenerative diseases; high-risk gestation; presence of any pregnancy-related pathology (polyhydramnios, pregnancy-induced hypertension (HAIG); previously diagnosed or any contraindication to physical exercise.

Name Time Method To evaluate the efficacy of the pilates method in the cardiorespiratory, musculoskeletal and aesthetic systems in pregnant women.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To evaluate the improvement of lumbar pain after the pilates method through the Visual Analogue Pain Scale (EVA) and the Oswestry Disability Index (ODI). ;It is expected to find greater strength of the pelvic floor muscles in pregnant and postpartum women after the practice of the Pilates method. ;To evaluate the ventilatory function of pregnant women before and after training with the Pilates method. ;To evaluate the appearance of the fibroedemagloid of pregnant women before and after the practice of the Pilates method. ;To evaluate the variability of the heart rate of pregnant women before and after the training of the Pilates method;To evaluate the improvement of diastasis of the rectus abdominis muscles of pregnant women and women before and after practice of the Pilates method.
