Exclusion criteria: diet therapy; severe physical activity; accompanying diseases such as cancer which reduce their life expectancy; receiving thiazide diuretics; receiving systemic ß blockers; receiving glucocorticoids; receiving nicotinic acid; receiving weight lowering drugs
