- •1\.ALL ICU ADMITTED PATIENTS IN DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS OF THE HOSPITAL BOTH MEDICAL AND SURGICAL.
- •2\. ALL ICU PATIENTS RECEIVING ANTIMICROBIAL.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. ICU ADMITTED PATIENT OF 1 DAY STAY ONLY.
- •2\. ALL ICU PATIENTS NOT RECEIVING ANTIMICROBIAL.
- •3\. PATIENT WHO TOOK DISCHARGE ON REQUEST FROM ICU.
