Asymptomatic healthy adults aged 19 to 75 years who underwent colonoscopy for the ?rst time, or at least not within the last 5 years
? Under 19, over 76 years old
? BMI less than 19 and more than 30
? Intestinal obstruction
? People who complain of severe constipation (the number of bowel movements is less than 3 times a week. People who take regular or intermittent laxatives)
? Past bowel surgery history
? Liver cirrhosis, ascites, inflammatory bowel disease, serious inflammatory disease, etc.
? People with heart failure or heart disease (ischemic heart disease, coronary artery disease within the last 6 months)
? Pregnant women
? Decreased kidney function (serum creatinine> 3 mg / dl for more than 6 months)
? With symptoms such as bloody stool and severe abdominal pain
? Patients who refuse to sign the informed consent form
