Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Written consent, elective arthroscopic shoulder surgery, ASA I\-III

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- Age over 60 years
  • •\- ASA\>III
  • •\- Pregnancy or breastfeeding women
  • •\- Emergency patients
  • •\- Estimated postoperative intensive stay
  • •\- Known paresis of The N. phrenicus and the N. recurrens
  • •\- Infections in the area of the puncture area
  • •\- Pre\- surgery on the ipsilateral neck side
  • •\- CNS diseases or pre\-known nerve lesions on the shoulder to be operated on
  • •\- Known coagulopathy
