- •Written consent, elective arthroscopic shoulder surgery, ASA I-III
排除标准
- •- Age over 60 years
- •- ASA>III
- •- Pregnancy or breastfeeding women
- •- Emergency patients
- •- Estimated postoperative intensive stay
- •- Known paresis of The N. phrenicus and the N. recurrens
- •- Infections in the area of the puncture area
- •- Pre- surgery on the ipsilateral neck side
- •- CNS diseases or pre-known nerve lesions on the shoulder to be operated on
- •- Known coagulopathy
- •- allergies to local anesthetics of the amide type
- •- Disposition for malignant hyperthermia
- •- Very strong disposition for PONV
- •- Patients without German language skills
