- •Age below 20 years and above 60 years.
- •High Anal Fistula
- •Tuberculosis
- •Uncontrolled Hypertension
- •Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus
- •Chronic or Acute Ulcerative colitis
- •Crohns disease
- •Ano rectal and other Malignancy
- •Veneral diseases, AIDS and Hepatitis B
