Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Subjects in the age group of 18\-25 years both male and female
- •2\. experiencing back pain (NPRS\-5 or less) for more than 12 weeks
- •3\. Patient willing to participate in the research studies.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patient with back pain radiating pain to the lower limb.
- •2\. Patient with neurological or psychological conditions.
- •3\. The patient has undergone spinal surgery
