Inclusion Criteria
- •Intubated patients with more than 48 hours of ventilatory support
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients aged less than 20 years and more than 80 years
- •Ventilatory support less than 48 hours
- •Any neck mass or swelling in neck
- •Outside intubated or tracheostomised patients
- •Patients needing isolation like tuberculosis, Hepatitis\-B, Hepatitis\-C and HIV\-I \& II
