- Brief Summary
To evaluate the long term effect of thoracic spine manipulation in neck pain radiating to upper extremity, cervical range of motion and cervical muscle endurance using
NPRS, Northwick Park Neck Questionnaire, Neck muscle endurance using pressure biofeedback and Cervical ROM. Treatment session will be given 5 days per week for 2
weeks in both the groups and thoracic spine manipulation on alternate days in a period of 2 weeks in the intervention group. Follow up will be done after 1 month in both the
groups.

Patient with neck pain radiating to unilateral or bilateral upper extremity with positive spurling’s test Patients between the age group of 30-50 years with symptoms for more than 2 weeks to 6 months.
Contraindications of thoracic manipulation (i.e. spinal tumor, fracture, metabolic disease, osteoporosis, spinal infection) Patient with CNS involvement (vertigo, dizziness) Patient with vertebro-basilar syndrome Patient undergone cervical or thoracic surgeries Traumatic injuries to upper limb and cervical spine Â.
