1.Female age 18-35 ,healthy and exercise running , jumping at least 3 day per week and exercise at least 30 minute in 6 mouth previous
2.BMI 18.5-21.5 kg/m 2 , weight 50-60 kg
3.Unilateral anterior knee pain
4.Kujala score about 45-70
5.No wound on anterior knee and thign or kinesio taping area
6.Maximum VAS 5/10 in at least these 2 activity
- Up and down stair
- Squat
- Kneeling more than 15 minute
- Running and jumping
1.Different of leg length of both leg more than 1 cm.
2.Surgical or fracture on lower back and leg
3.Past history of injury meniscus and ligament around knee
4.Abnormal in circuration and respiratory system
5.Neurological sign
6.Cannot understand a command
7.Steroid taking 3 mouth ago
8.Allergy of kinesio tape
