Inclusion criteria were: males or females aged between 35-55 years old; not taking medication or under the care of doctor for a period of one month prior to, and throughout the entire test period; free of any dermatological or systemic disorder which, in the opinion of the investigator, that would interfere with test results or increase the risk of adverse reactions; available for the study duration; read, understood and signed an informed consent agreement.
Exclusion criteria were visible skin disease at the study site which, in the opinion of the investigator, might have interfere the evaluation; using any systemic or topical drugs or taking medication which could mask or interfere with study results; history of sensitivity to cosmetics in general and moisturizers in particular; any form of skin cancer or any other disease that could interfere with test results; diagnosed with chronic skin allergies; having a known or suspected intolerance or hypersensitivity to the investigational products or any of its ingredients; females who were pregnant or lactation.
