Regular bed rest of at least 6 hours at a time within a 24-hour period with the goal of sleep
- Understanding of the German language
- Written consent of the subjects according to international guidelines and local legislation.
- One of the two conditions applies:
> Presents in the practice for CheckUp 35
> Presents in the practice due to sleep on and/or sleep through disturbances
- Known breathing-related sleep disorder (apnea)
- skin irritations, skin diseases or known skin allergies to EEG conductive gels or med. plasters
- Active measuring or passive medical implants as well as portable medical devices; magnetizable metal in the brain/skull (to exclude possible interference with the EEG)
- mental disorders or addictive diseases that prevent or significantly impede regular bed rest of at least 6 hours within a 24-hour period with the goal of sleep
- Cognitive impairment that makes it impossible to operate the sensor device at home (assessment by physician or health care professional when introducing the sensor device)
- Reluctance or inability to adhere to the requirements of the study protocol

Name Time Method - Evaluation of the insomnia questionnaire (Insomnia Severity Index) during the medical consultation or screening CheckUp35, before the EEG measurement.<br>- Sleep quality questionnaire (the day before and the morning after the measurement)<br>- Recording of sleep (EEG measurement) with the Somnomedics HomeSleepTest

Name Time Method - Testing of diagnostic questionnaires on sleep behavior in the context of medical consultations<br>- Identification of hurdles, expectations and desires of sleep medical care in primary care in the context of expert interviews<br>- Testing of innovative sleep diagnostics with the help of a home monitoring system for recording a sleep EEG
