简要总结

The study titled “Effect of Integrated Neuromuscular Training on Lower Limb Explosive Power, Agility and Balance in Badminton Players” focuses on evaluating how Integrated Neuromuscular Training (INT) influences key physical performance factors essential for badminton players. Badminton is one of the fastest racquet sports, demanding high levels of agility, balance, quick reaction time, and explosive power for effective performance and injury prevention. INT is a structured training method that integrates functional movement exercises with components of strength, balance, plyometrics, speed, and agility. This approach aims to enhance performance while reducing the risk of injuries, making it suitable for the multidirectional and explosive demands of badminton.

The study will adopt a randomized clinical trial design involving 30 male and female badminton players aged 18–30 years who play at regional or state levels and have at least two years of playing experience. Participants will be randomly assigned to two groups: Group A will receive Integrated Neuromuscular Training, while Group B will undergo Traditional Physical Fitness Training. The intervention will be conducted over an eight-week period, with performance assessments at baseline and after training.

Performance outcomes will be measured using the Vertical Jump Test (for lower limb explosive power), T-Test (for agility), and Modified Y-Balance Test (for balance). Data analysis will be performed using SPSS version 21. The Shapiro-Wilk test will assess the normality of data distribution. Depending on the results, appropriate statistical tests will be applied—Independent and Paired t-tests for normally distributed data, or Mann-Whitney U and Wilcoxon Signed Rank tests for non-normal data.
