简要总结

This is a prospective randomized controlled trial comparing early (within 24 hours) versus conventional enteral nutrition after surgery for post-traumatic hollow viscus injury. A total of 132 adult patients undergoing emergency laparotomy will be randomized into two groups. The primary outcome is length of hospital stay related to hollow viscus injury, while secondary outcomes include return of bowel function, postoperative complications. The study aims to determine whether early enteral feeding is safe and leads to improved recovery without increasing complications
