Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Minimum 6 months of experience as a marathin runner Runner with shin pain
  • •21 years and above male and female

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Any lower limb musculoskeletal injury in the past 6 months
  • •history of trauma within past 12 weeks
  • •any existing cardiovascular neurological disorder
  • •circulatory disorders in lower extremity like varicose veins
