- •1.Patients posted for elective laparoscopic surgeries
- •2.Age = 18 years.
- •3.American Society of Anaesthesiologists physical status (ASA- PS) I and II patients.
排除标准
- •1.Patients with pre-existing diabetes mellitus, chronic steroid therapy, pregnancy,
- •hepatorenaldysfunction, immunosuppression
- •2. Patients with history of allergy to dexamethasone and bupivacaine.
