Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients posted for elective laparoscopic surgeries
  • •2\.Age \= 18 years.
  • •3\.American Society of Anaesthesiologists physical status (ASA\- PS) I and II patients.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients with pre\-existing diabetes mellitus, chronic steroid therapy, pregnancy,
  • •hepatorenaldysfunction, immunosuppression
  • •2\. Patients with history of allergy to dexamethasone and bupivacaine.
