入选标准
- •1. Newly Diagnosed ( < 6 months) Patients of Type 2 DM who are not under any active and
- •continuous medication for DM, 2. Age between 18 years to 60 years, 3. Fasting glucose with no caloric intake for at least 8 hour >125mg/dl and <200 mg/dl
- •HbA1C > 6.5 gm % and < 9gm%
排除标准
- •1. Established cases of IHD / Stroke, 2. With complications like diabetic foot, neuropathy or nephropathy, 3. Patients started on Insulin therapy, 4. Psychiatric patients
- •Patients during pregnancy or lactation, 5. Patients with Serum Creatinine > 1.4 mg/dl
