- •Patients having spinal cord pathology with voiding difficulty
- •The presence of hypertonicity of external urethral sphincter with detrusor contractions on urodynamic assessment
排除标准
- •The presence of bladder neck obstruction
- •Severe hypertrophy of prostate glands on physical examination
- •Laboratory-confirmed coagulation abnormalities
- •Inflammation or infection of the perineal area
- •A previous history of pelvic surgery, history of prolapsed, impending prolapse
- •Non cooperative patients
- •Patients hypersensitive to phenol
- •Patients responding to oral medication
