Inclusion Criteria
Interest in consulting immediately after marriage, being Iranian, aged 20-40 years
Getting married shortly after counseling
Women are living in a city where the marriage counseling center is located
Not having any prohibition to attend counseling classes, reading and writing literacy
First marriage
Exclusion Criteria
Drug Addiction and Drinking
Taking medications related to mental disorders
A history of mental illness such as severe depression
Having previous marriage history

Name Time Method Optimism. Timepoint: Before the intervention, two months after the intervention and one month after the intervention.
