Hospital staff engaged in biomedical waste management. 50 Untrained staff who are consenting for the study. They should be working in Kasturba Hospital, Manipal for more than 6 months.

Name Time Method At the end of the study, we hope we can recommend effective biomedical waste management tips for other hospitals too. Thus, preventing hospital acquired infections, improve the image of the health care establishment and the betterment of the quality of life of the patients.Timepoint: 3 months <br/ ><br>By November 2018
